Two years old and tough stuff! Isn't he sooo cute?
A peaceful moment...notice I didn't say minutes! Our family is keeping busy this summer by simply enjoying life and rollin' with the punches. Our garden is thriving and I'm trying to keep on top of that (not succeeding!). We are eating much of the produce as soon as it is picked. Jeff is REALLY lovin' the squash, cukes, zukes, purple hull peas, okra, tomatoes and peppers. He is a superb jogger and fitness guru. If you've not seen him lately...trust me...he's lookin' HOT!!! I'll refrain from further comment.
Here are some new pics of Colton. Jeff says he is his million dollar prodigy child. Colton truly loves stringed instruments. He loves to play on an old mandolin while Jeff plays on a guitar or banjo. If Colton can't find an instrument close by, he will "play" on whatever he can find...a string bean, a fly swatter, a spoon, or anything that will fit in both hands. He then sings along with his own playing. You know he's finished with the song when he says "Amen". :) Gotta love him!!! He always plays the instruments left handed. That will be a challenge for Jeff to teach him if he truly is left handed. Oh, the joys of raising little people, specifically, little boys!
