This week the boys, a friend and I picked grapes off our grapevine that is VERY old and still producing. I decided to try making the grapes into freezer jam. I am delighted with the results. It tastes like pure sunshine!!! Here are all the jars I got out of 3 batches. I thought strawberry freezer jam was my favorite...now I'm not sure.
" This smile is especially for you, Daddy. I love you!" Colton was saying, "I love you, Daddy!" You can tell both boys thoroughly LOVE their daddy and can't wait to give him lots of hugs and kisses when he returns from South Dakota.
Today, Shelby and I made LOTS of fried apple pies from the apples from Granny Smith apple tree in our yard. She really did most of the work. I fried them while she formed them. She did a GREAT job!!! They are sooooo good.
Just to make you drool. Fraky crust with a sweet filling of cinnamon apples inside.
Hurry home, baby! Can't wait to serve you some fresh pies! I love you dearly!!!!
Like father...like sons...they both love reading...even while eating! "Pardon me, can I help you?"
Weston avoiding bedtime last night. If he pretends he's cute, maybe Momma won't put him in his own bed.
